Large Backdrop Banners

Artwork Specifications

When setting up your document for creating artwork, please follow these specifications:

• Program: Adobe Illustrator is ideal
• Artwork size: 2300mm (W) x 2300mm (H)
• Colour space: CMYK (Coated FOGRA39-ISO 12647-2:2004)
• Bleed: None

Important: Please ensure that you allow 110mm top and bottom within the 2300mm artwork height for the pockets that hold the stand rods. Keep important information out of this space.

Once your artwork is complete and approved, please:

1. Duplicate your artboard
2. Ensure components are extended to bleed line
3. Outline all fonts
4. Embed images (sometimes required)
5. Export as a Press Quality PDF without bleed and trim marks

Printing

Typically we just reprint a new fabric skin when we need to, as we currently possess one extendable backdrop banner frame that can accommodate banners up to 3m x 3m.

These large format backdrop banners are printed in NSW by a company called EasySigns. They're fast, reliable, and have great customer service.

Important: While EasySigns offer 24 hour printing, artwork issues or taking time to approve their proof can delay it a day. Beyond this, their default courier can easily take 4-7 days to deliver this around Australia.

• Bleed: 10mm

Once your artwork is complete and approved, please:

1. Duplicate your artboard
2. Ensure components are extended to bleed line
3. Outline all fonts
4. Embed images (sometimes required)
5. Export as a Press Quality PDF with bleed and trim marks
